As the space caters to a single individual, for his leisure the terrace is designed in a manner that he can directly access it from his bedroom and can also establish a visual frame of the context he resides in, connecting him with the nature.

BACHELOR'S ACCOMMODATION
A functional residential setup designed to comfort an individual - a practising Architect.
The concept was to deliver design responding to the existing contours on the proposed site in Njore, Kenya.
The context is a hilly region with a dense layer of vegetation. A solid rigid form is conceptualized in such a way that the it does not destroy the natural element of the site(contours). Openings are designed so as to make them climate responsive and also generate a visual connectivity with the environment.
